Your article is excellent and so practical. As a career coach myself I also suggest getting strong reference letters from friendlly managers (not your boss, of course) who know and value your work. Offer to draft the letter for them
and include one or two strong accomplishments, not merely using words like "dedicated, conscientious, reliable, hard-working."
