Luckily, I was able to identify my true calling and discover how to work my passion. Of course, if I'd had a career coach, it wouldn't have taken nearly as long.
Picking a Career isn't easy anytime, but when you take charge and invest the time and resources into choosing your career instead of letting it choose you, you will find more joy in your work. Take a look at 20 questions to ask before making a leap.

Hi Meg - i stumbled across your website in search of inspiration for the development of my blogg which is currently in its infancy. Subject matter not developed at this stage, career enhancement/change is certainly an area I am passionate about right now considering my current circumstances. In any event I recently resigned from a job that indeed chose me, I vow never to be lured into this form of entrapment again. However a positive is often gained from a negative experience and more than anything it has allowed me to clearly identify the career I wish to pursue - something I am truly passionate about. All part of manifesting my desired future.

Thanks, Kate, for sharing. Yes, when we let go of something that's not working, often something better will take its place. I'm just curious - how long did it take you to discover your passion? Did you do this while you were working at the old job, or after you left? Congratulations for embracing opportunity and making it work for you!
